Nicholas Constantino, Counsel

Nicholas Constantino is Counsel at The Walsh Law Firm, P.C., where he brings extensive experience in litigation, insurance coverage, and corporate law. A Cincinnatus native, Nick graduated cum laude from Syracuse University in 2019 and has since built an impressive legal career.

He previously served as Counsel at Barclay Damon LLP, litigating insurance coverage and commercial matters, and as an Associate Attorney at Smith, Sovik, Kendrick & Sugnet, P.C., where he handled all stages of litigation and argued motions in both state and federal courts. Most recently, Nick was Senior Legal Counsel at CCMR3, a fintech company, where he oversaw legal strategy and managed nationwide litigation networks.

In addition to his legal work, Nick is deeply committed to public service. He currently serves as a member of the Cincinnatus School Board and the Cincinnatus Town Council. His dedication to the community reflects the values shared by The Walsh Law Firm and its founder, Ron Walsh.

Nick and his wife, Jordan, live in Cincinnatus with their two children. Jordan is a third-grade teacher at Cincinnatus Elementary School. Nick is proud to serve the community where he grew up and looks forward to continuing to provide thoughtful, effective legal counsel to the firm’s clients.
